8-Day Recreational Holiday, Wildlife and Golfing Safari

After lunch and short rest proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park which is also known as a bird watchers paradise. Millions of flamingos are found on lake Nakuru turning the lake pink. <p>Depart Lake Nakuru early in the morning and drive to Masai Mara. You will arrive in time for lunch. Upon arrival you will check in at the lodge have lunch and relax and thereafter you will take your first thrilling evening game drive in the Masai Mara game reserve, one of East Africa's top safari destinations. The Mara reserve incorporates 1510 km² of incredible, wide-open landscapes and fertile reverie woodland following the looping meanders of the Mara and Talek rivers in Kenya. One glimpse is enough to explain its appeal; it is typical open savannah, with a mass of amazing wildlife. <p>You will have full day of game viewing with packed lunch in Kenya's finest wildlife park. You will also be taken to the Mara river. The big five and the plethora of other wildlife inhabiting this vast Kenyan game reserve. On clear days, the Mara offers fantastic orange tinged sunset’s well-worth capturing on camera. Wherever you go in the vast Masai Mara you will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as Masai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyena, topis, impala, hartebeests, wildebeest. Elephants, buffaloes, zebras and hippos are also found in great numbers. <p>You will have an early morning game drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast. After breakfast you have an option of continuing with game drives or relaxing at the lodge. After lunch you will proceed on an afternoon game drive with a cultural visit to Masai village. Here the days will spend at leisure and playing golf with an option of boat rides at your own cost. The golf course is an 18 hole championship. All golf holes are well bunkered, and there are five water features on the course. The air is fresh, temperatures range between 16º - 34º c. Rains are generally at night and golf is played the year round 12 hours a day. Golfers give right of way to the wild animals who have taken residence on the lush fairways and tiny islets in the ponds. <p>xAfter breakfast depart Lake Naivasha on day 8 and return to bustling Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon.
