About the Hotel

Borana Lodge is located within the Borana Conservancy in Laikipia County. Borana lodge is situated on a private conservancy and therefore access to the lodge is limited. If arriving by vehicle, please contact the Borana reservations office for directions and time of arrival. Borana will collect guests from Lewa Conservancy if arriving on Safarilink or Air Kenya.
Each cottage is entirely secluded with private views from bedroom and bathroom. The rooms all have their own fireplaces, which are lit every evening. There are two cottages with large double beds, and two cottages with queen-size twin beds, each with their own spacious en-suite bathroom and private verandah. There are a further two cottages each designed with two bedrooms – a double and a twin – and en-suite bathrooms. One is ideal for families, the bedrooms share a verandah and the double bedroom has an outside deck with an attached child’s bedroom, which can share their bathroom. The second cottage is a small private self-contained house, with a double bedroom and a bedroom with twin queen-sized beds. The house shares a verandah, living and dining area and plunge pool.
